World Record Breaker - George Hood!

George Hood was preparing to break the World Record for Longest held abdominal plank in an effort to raise funds for the Semper Fi Foundation. We were on location in Oceanside, California to capture footage for submission to Guinness World Records and put together a highlight reel of the event.

To fulfill Guinness World Records' submission we needed to ensure that we captured George's entire plank from two angles. We used two Panasonic AF-100s to cover George planking, and got shots for the highlight reel with a Canon 7D.

George planked for 5 hours and 15 minutes, and we had to capture every second of it!
